Job Description:

The Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the project within the approved framework of authority.

Key Responsibility:

  • Strategy: Establishing solid working relationship with the project board (Executive, Senior Users and Senior Suppliers), client and key stakeholders
  • Activities, progress, and exceptions. Advising the client on issues that may impact the achievement of their outcomes (including issues of sustainability and post project requirements such as maintenance)
  • Develop and monthly update a strategy on how to observation and ensuring the implementation of goal, orders, regulations and bylaws
  • Management: Oversee and manage the internal company team
  • Improvement: Developing and maintaining project plans; managing the production of the required
  • products, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiating corrective action where necessary; advising the Project Board of any deviations from the plan; identifying and managing risks so that maximum benefit


  • Plans: Develop overall daily, weekly, and monthly action plan for internal team and measure performance of each employee against action plan on a quarterly basis
  • Procedures: Develop and periodically update procedures for all internal project activities
  • Training: Develop weekly training program for all internal employees to increase employees capacity
  • Metrics: Develop specific targets and indicators to measure performance of internal team
  • Activities: Develop weekly activity calendars of all internal team activities, broken down by day
  • Budget: Develop monthly operating and development budget for internal team, broken down by day, code, and activities


  • Internal: Hold daily meetings with staff to ensure a smooth work process and submit minutes of each meeting to the CEO
  • External: Conduct weekly or monthly meetings and coordination in the functions and activities with donor’s and other relevant organizations.

Job Requirements:

Advanced University Degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business Management, or other relevant discipline. An additional 2 years of relevant work experience in combination with a relevant first university degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) may substitute for the requirement for a Master’s degree.
