Job Description:

• Assign and grade class work and homework.
• Prepare and administer written oral and performance tests and issue grade in accordance with performance.
• Prepare report on students and activities as per required by administration.
• Take care of books materials and supplies for courses or project.
• Deliver teaching session in accordance with approved curriculum of Ministry of Education for formal schools.
• Maintain all administrative documents of class including curriculum progress book students attendance and etc.
• Check and observe student’s learning achievements homework and give feedback for improvement.
• Establish clear objective for all lessons units and projects and communicate those objectives with students.
• To provide quality primary education for newly enrolled Male/female children.
• Attend staff meeting and serve committee as required.
• Perform any other tasks as required. Any other relevant task given by SupervisorAccountability:

• Ensure that you work to the best of your ability and demonstrate high levels of commitment to OCCD in order to ensure the objectives of your role and the program are met.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate
• 1 Year of Experience in Teaching
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) of Pashto and Dari
• Experience in working with community
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Should be from Khakrez and Shahwalikot districts of Kandahar
