Job Description:

 

Graphic Design Responsibilities:

  1. Create Visual Content: Design eye-catching and creative graphics for various purposes, including brochures, posters, social media posts, and other promotional materials.

  2. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements adhere to the brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image across different platforms.

  3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their requirements and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication strategies.

  4. Conceptualization: Develop visual concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional activities.

  5. Image Editing: Edit and enhance photographs and images to improve their quality and suit the needs of different projects.

  6. Print Design: Create print-ready materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards, considering print specifications and requirements.

  7. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Video Editing Responsibilities:

  1. Video Editing: Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished product suitable for broadcasting on YouTube and other social media platforms.

  2. Storyboarding: Collaborate with content creators to develop storyboards and video concepts, ensuring alignment with the overall content strategy.

  3. Audio Editing: Enhance audio quality and synchronize sound with video content for a seamless viewing experience.

  4. Visual Effects: Incorporate visual effects and animations as needed, adding a creative touch to the videos.

  5. Color Correction: Adjust and correct color levels, brightness, and contrast to ensure a polished and professional look.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team to understand the vision and goals of each video project.

  7. Optimization: Optimize videos for different platforms, considering aspect ratios, video lengths, and other platform-specific requirements.

  8. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends to continually improve the quality and creativity of video content.

 


Job Requirements:

  1. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro:

    • Demonstrated expertise in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
    • Ability to cut, trim, and edit footage, add transitions, and optimize audio for professional video production.
  2. Skillful in Adobe After Effects:

    • Proficiency in creating motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects.
    • Experience in enhancing video content with dynamic and engaging elements.
  3. Motion Graphics Expertise:

    • Strong skills in designing and implementing motion graphics to elevate the visual appeal of video content.
    • Ability to seamlessly integrate motion elements into videos for a polished and captivating result.
  4. Graphic Design Knowledge:

    • General understanding and hands-on experience in graphic design.
    • Competence in creating visually appealing designs for brochures, posters, and social media posts.
  5. Creative Thinking:

    • Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas for both graphic design and video editing projects.
    • Willingness to experiment with new styles and techniques to enhance overall content quality.
  6. Software Proficiency:

    • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
    • Familiarity with other relevant design and editing software/tools is a plus.
