Job Description:

  • Establish monthly and annual plans for financial management related affairs and regular maintenance
  • Continuously inform  the students in attendance and absentee about the settlement of fees
  • Inform the students to pay the monthly fees of their semester to the institution on time.
  • Analyzing the balance of student fees by faculty on a monthly basis and making regular reports
  • At the end of each month, Share the balance sheet of the students to Chancellor and vice chancellor of financial and administrative affairs.
  • Communicating and inform the students' families about the balance of fees if necessary
  • Conducting meetings related to fee settlement with class representatives before the 20th percentile and final exams.
  • Making and distributing exam attendance cards to students who have cleared their fees during exams.
  • Record visiting lecturer credits, staff attendance and teaching credits in the MIS system.
  • Adhering to quality assurance standards in management related matters and working to resolve weaknesses after evaluations
  • Controlling student fees and checking slips during examinations and planning for better organization of related matters.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual reports for regular review of relevant assigned and ongoing financial management activities
  • Carrying out all other tasks, which are assigned to him by the line Managers
  • Having excellent computer skills
  • Operating database 
  • Analyzing students data 
  • Cooperating with Exam section


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Finance and Accounting, with Government, Private Sector or NGOs.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or in relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Good written and spoken English, Dari and Pashto
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Good self-starter with effective time management skills and high levels of organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
