Job Description:

• Daily wise check & verification of documents for expenses
• Daily wise coordination with overall SML office for expenses approval, documentations, and recording
• Daily wise documents filing.
• Quarterly tax calculation with coordination finance manager.
• Licenses updating SML, USSD, SML, SHORT Code on time & follow up/process.
• Monthly wise expenses documents filing
• Sorts documents; codes, logs, reviews for accuracy; matches supporting invoices to procurement documents; and verifies invoices for payment.
• Research processing problems, contacts departments to resolve problems and expedite payment, and responds to inquiries by telephone or in writing; refers complex problems for solution.
• Any Task Required will assign by Finance manager.
• Lead on Procurement processes for projects
• Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers.
• Review all venders and suppliers.
• Maintain purchase records and other important data.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
• Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
• Search and analyze RFP/RFQ through different websites and process documentation.   

Job Requirements:

At least 3-years’ experience in finance or related fields.

Proficiency with MS Office applications, extensive knowledge of a complete package of MS Office.

Fluency English/ skills in writing, reading, and speaking.

Daily data entry to accounting system based on GAAP/IFRS.

Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.

Flexibility in working hours, Ability to work under pressure.
