Job Description:
Mediothek Afghanistan is looking for one Proposal writing Master Trainer and one report writing Master Trainer (Kabul & Balkh) to deliver training according to the already designed training curriculum. Contribute to the overall quality of the project by continuously monitoring the progress of the project's outcomes and the quality and relevance of the curriculum.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in either project management, journalism, communications, English, comparable professional qualification, or any related field;
- Experience working with international & National NGOs, especially in project management and proposal writing fields for more than four years;
- Experience generally in teaching, conducting workshops, and specifically in proposal writing;
- Have writing and communication skills;
- At least 1-2 years experience in project proposal writing and report writing;
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience within the public or private sector or organization is required;
- Fluency in written and spoken Dari and English;
- Computer skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to suggest a range of possible solutions to problems;
- Strong and proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team or a group;
