Job Description:
Mediothek Afghanistan is looking for two Master Trainers (Kabul & Balkh) to deliver training according to the already designed training curriculum. Each trainer will contribute to the overall quality of the project by continuously making sure to monitor the progress of the project's outcomes based on the quality and relevance of the curriculum.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in English Literature or Computer Science
- At least 2 years of work experience in professional training
- Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English Language
- Dari and Pashto (preferred)
- Computer skills: MS. Office Package, outlook, hardware, and IT skills
Duties & responsibilities
- Contribute to developing the training work plan;
- Prepare lessons plan and other training materials;
- Identify and respond to technical challenges in her/his area of expertise;
- Maintain records and other relevant information from the training workshops;
- Conduct the computer/English course training session for project trainees;
- Develop and design the computer/English course training curriculum/modules;
- Encourage students to pursue computer studies after their graduation or completion of projects to work with better positions;
