Job Description:
Mediothek Afghanistan is looking for two Operation management Master Trainers (Kabul & Balkh) to deliver training according to the already designed training curriculum. Contribute to the overall quality of the project by continuously monitoring the progress of the project's outcomes and the quality and relevance of the curriculum.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience within the public or private sector or organization is required;
- Communication skills and administration skills;
- Collaboration skills and instructional design skills;
- Working effectively during the pandemic;
Duties & responsibilities:
- Teaching new trainees about company policies, procedures and practices;
- Developing training materials for new processes or procedures;
- Assisting in developing policies and procedures for training and development programs;
- Conducting performance evaluations of employees who may need additional training on their job functions;
- Assessing employees’ knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in order to identify any safety concerns;
- Preparing and administering tests to measure the knowledge gained from training;
- Providing feedback to trainers about the quality of their instruction and the effectiveness of their methods;
- Conducting or overseeing training sessions on topics such as computer programs, equipment operation, or specialized processes
- Developing training materials and conducting training sessions to teach employees how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently
