Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and qualified tax specialist to prepare the company tax payments and returns. As a tax specialist, your chief goal will be to recommend effective tax strategies that comply with laws and promote our company’s financial well-being. Your responsibilities will include preparing tax returns, Preparing Tax Documentation, analyzing tax regulations, and completing tax reports. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and time management skills, as you’ll have to ensure our company meets strict deadlines. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate keen attention to detail with excellent mathematical skills.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant subject; Completing ACCA up to 7 paper or Certification of CPA is preferred
• Proven work experience up to 3years as a Tax Specialist, Tax Analyst or Tax Preparer.
• Must understand income Tax Law of Afghanistan
• Must understand income Tax administration Law of Afghanistan
• Must understand procurement Law and Regulation of Afghanistan
• Familiarity with accounting software packages (QuickBooks)
• Sound knowledge and understanding of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns. 
• Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)

Skills:

• Good analytical, logical and Time Management skills. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• A sharp eye for details for accuracy.  
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Extraordinary mathematics and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to multitasks efficiently. 
•  Excellent written and verbal in English, Dari and Pashtoo languages.
