Today’s Afghanistan Conciliation Trust (TACT) is an impartial not for profit national NGO/CSO which is free from linguistic, ethnic, tribal, religious and political affiliations and prejudices. TACT was founded in 2010 by a group of professional and intellectual Afghans who devoted most of their time in serving the Afghan people in the contexts of education, healthcare and humanitarian assistances in the country. 

TACT is partnering with the UNICEF Afghanistan under the Child Protection Areas of Responsibility to provide child protection life-saving services and support immediate humanitarian needs of children in their communities in 6 districts of Paktika and Khost provinces. The project is funded by the UNOCHA-Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund.  

Job Description:

  1. Maintains update records of finance department’s archives, sort and locates all documents in their proper place by considering documents sequence
  2. Entry of purchase request and General administrative facilitation of Finance department
  3. Provide and submit vouchers and other financial documents to internal audit department based on their selected sample transactions list
  4. Checking and reviewing of Financial documents for accuracy prior to record in the system
  5. To look after providing, distributing and keeping proper balance and update of office stationary
  6. To be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, oversight of all office records, ordering and maintenance of office equipment; furniture
  7. To have proper weekly work plan for his/her staff members
  8. To look after arrangement of personnel, vehicles, keys of the gates of the office, staff house, guest house, correspondence, and other files and keeping them proper and update manually and computerized
  9. Provide vouchers and other documents to all finance staff when they required for any review, reconciliation and etc.
  10. Maintain proper filing system for all Financial documents, with Labelling and updating finance archive and warehouse
  11. Keep/maintain finance department weekly attendance sheets and monthly attendances records/reports and share with finance team and submit the report to HR department
  12. Make sure that all vouchers to be stamped after adjustments process
  13. Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant field
  2. Have valid Bachelor of Finance Management or any other relevant field
  3. Having good communication skills
  4. Having experience at the pressure working environment
  5. Having well and enough knowledge and experience of Ms. Office, Quick Book
  6. Fluency in English is required
