Job Description:

·       Coordinate Beneficiary Work Experience Program with various  PARSA Departments (Psychosocial Department, B4B Program, Computer and Language Training and Trade Afghan Activities)

·       Coordinate beneficiary work, training and counseling schedules

·       Teaching Work Readiness Course per Curriculum

·       Beneficiary skills assessment

·       Mentor Beneficiaries in responsible work related conduct

·       Establish professional and Vocational training opportunities

·       Create relationships with Employers in Kabul and other Provinces to develop Training and Internships opportunities

·       Weekly reporting, record keeping

·       Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by line manager

·       6 day work week, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours when program needs require



Job Requirements:

·       Minimum 4 year University Degree in related discipline, Master Degree preferred.

·       7-10 years of experience in job skills development/training

·       Business Teaching/Training and/or entrepreneurial experience

·       Curriculum Development

·       Ability to professionally represent Trade Afghan and PARSA to Business Partners.

·       Ability to multi-task, coordinate with  departments, problem solve and ability to work independently as well as with a team.

·       Professional Business experience preferred

·       High level of Computer, research skills and database creation/management.

·       Excellent English Language Skills, Reading, Writing, Speaking and Understanding

·       Ability to translate written and verbal communications, lesson plans, class assignments and reports.

·       Ability to travel without restrictions
